This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Plandri Labs Pvt Ltd (“Plandri”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects when you use our website and app (the “Service”), how we use it, and what choices you have.
By using Plandri, you agree to the practices described here.

Wedding details – wedding name, couple names, dates, city, events.
Planning information – tasks, notes, budgets, vendor details, comments.
Guest information – names, contact details (e.g., phone, email), relationship, event attendance, and any notes you add (such as dietary preferences or room assignments when you use those features).
If you contact us (for support, feedback, etc.), we also collect the information you choose to share in those messages.
b) Information collected automatically
When you use Plandri, we may automatically collect:
Device and browser information (e.g., type, version, operating system)
IP address and general location (city/country level)
Usage data (e.g., which pages or features you use, dates and times of access)
We typically collect this through cookies, pixels, or similar technologies.
c) Information from third parties
If we add integrations in future (for example, Google login or WhatsApp APIs) and you choose to connect them, we may receive limited information from those services, such as your name or email address.
We will clearly explain any such integration at the time you use it.
2. How we use your information

Create and maintain your wedding workspaces
Store and display your tasks, budgets, guests, vendors and events

We will only send marketing‑type emails (e.g., newsletters) if you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time.

Collaborators you invite – when you invite family members or others to your wedding workspace, they can see relevant information inside that workspace (e.g., tasks, guest lists, budgets) according to how the app works.
Authorities or legal advisors, if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public (for example, in response to a court order).
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we may transfer your information as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as necessary to:
Provide the Service and your wedding workspaces
Comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations
Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
In general:
We keep active account data while your account remains open.
If you request account deletion, we will deactivate or remove your account and content within a reasonable time, subject to retaining limited information in backups or for legal/compliance reasons.
We may also keep anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you, to help us improve Plandri.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure hosting.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Using a strong, unique password
Keeping your login details private
Logging out when using shared devices

Please note that guests whose details are entered by couples or families should contact the relevant user first; that user can then update or remove the data, or ask us to assist.
8. Children’s privacy
Plandri is not intended for use by children under 18 as account holders.
Wedding guests who are minors may be listed in guest data by adult users, as part of normal wedding planning. This data is treated like any other guest information and is only visible within the relevant wedding workspace.
If you believe we have collected personal information directly from a child under 18 without proper consent, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. International transfers
Our service providers or servers may be located outside your state or country. This means your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions, which may have different data‑protection laws than your own.
Where we transfer data, we will take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected in line with this Privacy Policy.
If we host all data within India, we will state that here instead.
