Welcome to Plandri.

Plandri is operated by Plandri Labs Pvt Ltd (“Plandri”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how you may use our website, app, and related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account or using Plandri in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Plandri.

1. What Plandri is

Plandri is a web‑based planning tool designed to help couples and families organise Indian weddings and similar celebrations.

With Plandri, you can:

  • Create a wedding “workspace”

  • Manage tasks, budgets, vendors, guests and events

  • Invite family members or collaborators to help plan


Plandri is a software tool only. We do not act as wedding planners, vendors, agents, or financial advisors.

2. Who can use Plandri

To use Plandri, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy


You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you invite into your wedding workspace also follows these Terms.

3. Your account

You may need an account to use parts of the Service.

  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.


If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at seerat@plandri.com.

4. Your content and data

“Content” means any information you or your collaborators add to Plandri, including:

  • Wedding details

  • Guest lists and contact details

  • Tasks, notes, comments

  • Budgets and vendor information

You keep ownership of your Content.

By using Plandri, you give us permission to:

  • Store, process, and display your Content inside the Service

  • Make it available to people you invite to your wedding workspace

  • Use anonymised or aggregated data (that does not identify you personally) to improve Plandri over time.

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your Content

  • Getting any necessary consent before adding other people’s personal information (for example, guest names and phone numbers)

5. How you may use Plandri

You agree that you will not:

  • Use Plandri for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse‑engineer the Service

  • Misuse Plandri to spam or harass guests, vendors, or other users

  • Copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payments and plans

If you choose a paid plan (now or in the future):

  • Fees, billing period, and currency (INR) will be shown clearly at checkout.

  • Subscriptions may auto‑renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

  • You can cancel from your account settings or by contacting support.

  • Unless we state otherwise or required by law, fees are non‑refundable for the billing period already started.

We may change our pricing or plans from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your active subscription.

7. Changes to the Service

We are continuously improving Plandri. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance.

We will try to give reasonable notice of major changes or downtime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may also discontinue the Service in the future. If that happens, we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can export important information.

8. Third‑party services and links

Plandri may link to third‑party websites or services (for example, vendor sites, email tools, or analytics). We do not control these third‑party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions.

Your use of third‑party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

Plandri is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make any promises or guarantees that:

  • The Service will always be error‑free, secure, or available

  • The information in Plandri will always be accurate, complete, or up to date (it depends on what you enter)

  • Your wedding will run smoothly, stay within budget, or meet any specific outcome


Plandri is a tool that helps you organise information. You are solely responsible for:

  • Decisions you make based on information stored in Plandri

  • Your relationships and agreements with vendors, guests, and other third parties

We are not a party to any contracts between you and vendors, and we do not guarantee vendor performance or prices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Plandri Labs Pvt Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from or related to your use of the Service.

  • Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service will be limited to the greater of:

    • The total amount you paid us in the 6 months before the claim, or

    • INR 10,000.


Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Termination

You may stop using Plandri at any time. You can delete your account by contacting us at seerat@plandri.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • We are required to do so by law

  • We decide to discontinue the Service

If we terminate your access without cause (not due to your breach), and you have a paid subscription, we may provide a pro‑rated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period.

After termination, your access will stop. We may retain certain data for a limited period for backup, legal, or accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, subject to any mandatory law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top and may provide additional notice (for example, in‑app or by email).

If you continue using Plandri after the new Terms take effect, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
